I finally tweaked the recipe to were I like it.. The chocolate coating hardend just right.. It got the Tina approval!! (she's my volunteer taster!!) I will stick with doing them this way.. I still have half the unfinished batch in the freezer, so I am going to try and dip those in white chocolate to see how they look. The design on top I have chosen for my signature. :)

Oh my gosh those were good! I tell ya it's a good thing I don't live too close to you or else I would spend a lot of my time at your house hoping for a mistake or a new technique! I love your signature.. Someone is definitely smiling over that.
