Lambing Season.

We are lucky enough to have a friend, Kelly, who lives on a big farm. She invited us over to their barn during lambing season. That day there had been 2 births. And there were probably 8 mommy sheep with baby lambs right in the area where we could see and pet them. Kia went to sleep right before we got there, but ended up waking up later so she could join the fun.
Eva got to feed the llama that is the protector of the herd. She could not stop talking about this to everyone later on.
Kia woke up and was excited to see the lambs. We were joined by Stacie and her daughters. Kelly also had her two boys with her.

later we ended up scarring a mom sheep and she jumped right out of her pin area. Just too many kids around for her I guess. Kelly got her back in to her babies though! She also fixed my truck which had a rock stuck in the break pad! Let me tell you, that is not a noise anyone wants to hear.. I had no idea what was wrong and she just stuck her hands right in the tire and fixed it!! Thank you kelly! I was about to have a heart attack thinking my rig was broke!! LOL

The next day Eva could not wait to tell her teachers at preschool. And she has not been able to stop talking about the Llama!
